My World

In my world, aka Melissa Land, life would be filled with simple pleasures. We'd have lovely mochas with stars in them, and yummy pastries every morning, but never gain weight:

We'd get all our fruits and produce from Farmer's Markets and lovely roadside stands:

As mentioned in my previous post, we would all be required to have flower gardens. I now hereby add "window boxes" to my decree:

Furniture will be simple and comfortable and handmade. And everyone gets a granny square afghan:

There were several food references in this post. I must be hungry. Gonna go eat a cupcake, the official snack of Melissa Land.

My World

In my world, aka Melissa Land, we would all drive cars like this:

That way, if we bump into each other, no one will get hurt. We'll all get great gas mileage too.

In conjunction with the Wee Little Car Ordinance, we would also implement my Road Infrastructure Vision:

*One set of roads for us in our Wee Little Cars, and another road system for trucks, motorhomes and buses. Then the Wee Little Cars wouldn't have to worry about getting smooshed by the Big Old Trucks.

*Around densely populated areas, we might have a Double Decker Road System, with the Big Old Trucks on the bottom and the Wee Little Cars on the upper deck. (So the Big Old Trucks can't fall on us!)

As you can see, I have given this some thought!

In Melissa Land, everyone would also have a garden. But that's another phase of my plan, and I'd like to get this road system thing nailed down first.

By the way, that is a 1969 Fiat that we saw in the parking lot at Panera today.

    Ways to Help:
Blogger Book FairDonate to the Blogger Book Fair via the BBF Donation Fund. To help get the word out about BBF, we would like to place ads on Facebook, Goodreads and other places, but to do, so we need a little help.
